NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a document designed to protect communication between two parties. It's also frequently referred to as a Confidentiality Agreement because the agreement is to keep information confidential.
There are a wide variety of circumstances where you might want to use an NDA. For example, this particular NDA is helpful when establishing a relationship with an independent contractor. However, you would use a different NDA if it were for an employee, or a partnership arrangement. Make sure that the langugae you use in your NDA, matches your intended use.
