LLC ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION - CALIFORNIA
If you want to form a Limited Liability Company (LLC), this is the primary document you need. When you form an LLC, you have to submit the completed articles of organization to the Secretary of State before the entity officially exists. In addition, you need to comply with the statutory requirements and complete an Operating Agreement to maintain the protection that an LLC provides.
This document is from the California Secretary of State's website. To create a statutory business structure, whether it's an LLC, Corporation, or Partnership, you will find the forms and fees on the Secretary of State website.
