C-CORPORATION ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION - CALIFORNIA

If you want to form a Close Corporation (C-Corp), this is the primary document you need. When you form a C-Corp, you have to submit the completed articles of incorporation to the Secretary of State before the entity officially exists. In addition, you will need to comply with the statutory requirements and draft operating bylaws to maintain the protection that a C-Corp provides.

This document is from the California Secretary of State's website. To create a statutory business structure, whether it's an LLC, Corporation, or Partnership, you will find the forms and fees on the CA Secretary of State website.
